How to join the program
To join our loyalty program, you will be provided a comprehensive consultation with our dentist to check your suitability for teeth whitening.
We will then develop a personalised teeth whitening plan. Once approved, you can purchase a procedure kit for home whitening.
What’s included?

- ON-GOING FREE free whitening tubes at routine hygiene appointments.
How the program works
Whenever you return for your routine hygiene appointment at Total Care Dental Boutique, we will provide you with one dentist grade whitening tube for FREE.
This way, you can maintain your healthy and white smiles between visits. The interval of your routine hygiene appointment depends on what’s best for you and it will be discussed between you and your dentist. It can vary between 6,9 or 12 months.
This loyalty program, while absolutely free, does have conditions and restrictions.
What if I miss my routine hygiene appointment?
If you fail to reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice OR fail to attend within 30 days of your scheduled visit, you may no longer be eligible to receive your complimentary teeth whitening products. To re-enrol in the program there will be a fee.
Is there a cost to be on the program?
To join our program, you are required to purchase your initial whitening treatment as per recommendation at your dentist consultation. This may include In-Office and / or Home Whitening Procedure Kit.
Terms and Conditions
- Lifetime whitening program must be purchased with exam & hygiene package. This applies to both new patients and routine hygiene packages
- To continue your enrollment in our program, you need to attend your scheduled appointment for routine exam & hygiene. We understand we all live busy lives, so if you need to reschedule please provide us with at least 48 hours notice. Your re-scheduled appointment must be within 30 days of your scheduled visit.
- This program is not transferable
- This program does not work at any other clinics
- Members will be notified by email of any significant changes to the program with 14 days notice.

Unfortunately, whitening cannot change shades of existing restorations such as fillings, composite and ceramic veneers and crowns. We can however, use non-invasive alternative treatment options to lift the stain from your teeth surfaces such as air abrasion and/or prophylaxis polishing. These services are available at Total Care Dental Boutique and can be performed as part of your hygiene fee (no additional cost).

To maximise your whitening effects depends on the type of treatment and how thorough you look after your teeth on a daily basis after the whitening process. Avoiding or reducing intake of high-staining foods or drinks after your whitening treatment will also help to keep your shade of white longer.
Many successful whitening patients rejuvenate their white smiles every six months with a whitening application. Generally, after your initial whitening process, you only need quicker and smaller applications to get that enhancement back. As a result, we offer free dentist-grade whitening gel at their six monthly exam and hygiene appointment if you are a member of the White Smile For Life program.
If you visit your dentist routinely and as a result you have healthy gum and teeth, you may only need two weeks beforehand to start your treatment with personalised trays application. As a rule of thumb however, the more time you can allow, the better results you can obtain. A complete course of whitening may take up to six weeks.
If you’ve left it to the last minute, don’t stress! At Cairns Total Care Dental Boutique, we can perform "in-chair whitening" as a one visit express treatment for you. It’s not suitable for everyone however, so please call and arrange a consult to see which treatment is best for you.
